This six week guided program combines breath retraining, nervous system education and immersive breathwork sessions to teach you how to use daily breathwork practices and techniques to reconnect, rebalance and regain control for lasting change. Each session includes personalised assessments, practical tools and guided breath flows that will benefit you long after the program ends.
Workshop Events
These workshops begin with simple and approachable breathwork education before moving into immersive guided breath flows designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional releases and deep relaxation. Shared within a supportive group setting, the collective experience of breathing together creates a powerful sense of connection, safety and presence. Each experience is created to help you reconnect to yourself, embody the techniques you’ve learned and leave you feeling grounded and more balanced.
Private Sessions
Our private sessions offer a personalised breathwork experience for individuals or pairs, available in-studio or online. Combining simple breathwork education with carefully guided breath flows, each session is tailored to meet your personal needs and desired outcomes, creating space for regulation, relaxation, clarity and deeper connection.
